Refund policy

EXCHANGES 

Please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase and we can advise next steps, please do not return items to us without prior conversation.


We cannot exchange your item after 30 day of purchase.


Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

Items must be returned in a suitable parcel and not have return labels added directly to Industry packaging.

We will require your order number or proof of purchase.

Customers are liable for the shipping fee returning the item to us.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at iesales@teamindustry.shop to discuss the next steps.

We do not offer international exchanges.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or not of your refund request.

If accepted, your refund will be processed via the initial method of payment, this can take up to 14 days from the day of return to us. 

All items returned for a refund are subject to a 2 Euro restocking fee per item.

Items purchased in sale events at discounted prices or end of line clearance are eligible for store credit refunds only.

We do not offer international refunds.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning any items.

If you are returning and item you MUST use a trackable shipping service and send us the tracking information. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

"If" an item is returning from outside of Ireland it may be subject to an import fee.  This fee is chargeable to the customer returning the item and Industry are not liable for this payment.  If the item does not reach us and is held at customs for un paid charges, we cannot offer the refund.
